company in 2002. Tim states: “I saw customers’ basic needs not being met

such as not showing up for appointments, not completing projects, and not
providing quality workmanship standards in the industry were the driving
forces to launch Total Home Solutions. I wanted to provide quality customer
service with excellent workmanship standards, which customers pay for and
